Johnson & Johnson doesn’t just make products that help heal people; it also helps heal the planet. Johnson & Johnson has joined with other Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Polaroid to voluntarily reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, which are suspected of causing global climate change.

These companies are looking for ways to reduce their energy use because burning fossil fuels for energy releases carbon dioxide—a principal greenhouse gas—into the atmosphere. Not only will the upper atmosphere benefit from these energy-saving measures—so will the bottom line!
